Job Ref : 14745 Salary : $100000 - $115000 AVP Assistant IT Manager bilingual Japanese Hybrid (Corporate Operations)
located onsite in Manhattan
Hybrid schedule requiring at least three days in the office per week
Exempt, base salary $100-115k + eligibility for discretionary bonus based on qualitative factors.
Experience / Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in computer or technology-related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of related experience, preferably within the financial sector.
- Previous experience working with outsourced IT vendors.
- Fluency in Japanese and English required.
Essential Duties / Function :
Oversee IT Systems and Infrastructure in collaboration with IT Manager :
Collaborate with external IT vendors :
Manage IT Projects :
Establish and maintain a Robust IT Security Environment :
Manage the User Environment : In collaboration with IT Manager, oversee network access, storage, hardware set up, and software installation.
Lead User Support : Oversee the IT-Helpdesk in providing troubleshooting, user manuals, and IT issue guidance. Investigate and resolve
complex matters with the IT vendor when escalation is necessary.
