Research Operations Coordinator

A company is looking for a Research Operations Coordinator to support the Customer Research team throughout the research lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage research community activities and member engagement

Coordinate participant recruitment and logistics for in-person research projects

Collaborate with internal and external partners on community management initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or related experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in research operations or project coordination

Strong project management capabilities

Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
