Task / Care Needs assistance with ADLs
Responsibilities can include :
Following a client's care plan as assessed and written by nursing staff.
Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
Help with Meal prep, and assist in feeding.
Provide companionship and basic care for patients.
Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
Light Housekeeping when appropriate.
Other duties as identified by the care team.
Qualifications :
Active, Licensed CNA is a requirement.
Ability to build rapport with patients.
Ability to lift and move 50 or more lbs
Compassionate and caring demeanor.
Familiarity with medical terminology.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Punctuality, reliability and great work ethic are a must.
Ability to read, comprehend and write.
Ability to be trained and pass comprehension quizzes.
