may work from home) to provide architecture guidance to business users and migration teams to plan, develop, improve and maintain complex data tier technology standards.

Act as a consultant to understand the current topology and recommend advanced cloud data tier and integration. Drive innovations by keeping current on emerging cloud technologies.

Research, present and articulate pros and cons of new data tier technologies. Act as a Subject Matter Expert for migrating on-prem applications to cloud-based PaaS focusing on data warehouse and big data solutions : Microsoft Azure HDInsight, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse and Snowflake.

Provide guidance in migration and transfer of multi-terabyte databases or data warehouses from one data-tier technology to another, based on enterprise strategy.

Collect, generate and analyze innovative ideas and technologies to use across the business adaptive design, and engineering practices including : Establishes Portfolio and Value Stream Strategies;

Strategic Alignment. Collaborate with Portfolio Management to provide high-level, all-inclusive vision of enterprise solutions and development initiatives.

Drive architectural initiatives in the portfolio and perform analysis. Create data architecture, engineering and migration patterns for MySQL, SQL, Oracle, assisting data tier migrations with multiple technologies including No SQL / SQL, Relational, Analytical, Big Data, Data Stores, Data Warehousing, supporting AT&T Technology Standards and Strategies (TSS) and Cloud Technology Mapping for software versions, licensing, cost savings and implementation in Azure.

Utilize Real-Time, Batch, and NoSQL / SQL. Utilize big data solutions, SQL Server, DW / Vertica / Teradata and Hadoop. Utilize Azure Data Factory, Talend, Pentaho and Informatica.

Utilize Python machine learning, R statistical modeling, data mining, data warehousing techniques, and schema design skills.

• Work with Microsoft Azure cloud services with specific focus on data tier.REQUIREMENTS : Requires a Bachelor's Degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation utilizing Microsoft Azure HDInsight, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse and Snowflake;
• utilizing Real-Time, Batch, and NoSQL / SQL; utilizing big data solutions, SQL Server, DW / Vertica / Teradata and Hadoop;
