A reputable Texas based general contractor specializing in commercial and light industrial builds is looking for a Construction Superintendent who can travel and manage commercial projects, ground up and build-out up to $35Mil.

Travel is limited to Texas and Oklahoma.

What You Need for this Position

5+ Years of :

• field construction management, especially working for a commercial general contractor
• Retail, commercial, restaurant, education, Class A office, and / or mixed use experience
• on-site project management and administration
• cost control and contract administration
• Budgets
• Scheduling
• managing teams on the field
