The Business Development Manager, Parking will be responsible for developing and nurturing business relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
This role focuses on identifying and qualifying potential opportunities; with a keen eye on turning leads into tangible sales prospects, playing a key role in development of the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities of a Construction Business Development Manager - Sacramento / NorCal Travel
- Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects, and proprietary information.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with existing clients to grow business and uncover new opportunities.
- Engage with key decision makers at prospective client organizations, focusing on qualifying and prioritizing potential leads.
- Actively manage leads from initial contact through handoff with preconstruction.
- Deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to transform leads into sales opportunities.
- Establish and achieve goals aimed at client engagement and early pipeline generations in line with established revenue and market share targets.
- Actively participate in industry and trade events, representing the company and staying abreast of market developments.
- Work closely with various departments, such as Marketing and Preconstruction, to ensure coordinated efforts and the achievement of common objectives.
Profile
A Successful Construction Business Development Manager - Sacramento / NorCal Travel
- Proven history of success in construction industry client relationship management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with strategic thinking prowess.
- Able to exercise appropriate discretion when managing confidential and / or sensitive information.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Specific experience and a clear understanding of the design, construction, and acquisition processes within target markets.
- History of success in obtaining business in challenging markets.
- Ability to influence at senior levels in organizations (peers, customers, partners within and outside of the company).
- Ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with existing clients and maintain strong relationships at the executive level within market sectors.
- Strong business acumen (financially and operationally)
- Initiative-taking and execution-oriented in their approach to business development. Must have a thorough knowledge of business development process (identification, qualification, capture and bid
- activities).
Job Offer

- Base salary $150,000 - $200,000 DOE
