BASIC FUNCTION

The Production Technician is responsible for performing and supporting production builds and testing services, ensuring all repairs are completed promptly while upholding Ventex’s highest quality standards. This role requires daily communication and updates to the Production Lead Technician and Production Department Manager.

The Production Technician provides hands-on production support and develops technical expertise to assist with the assembly, testing, diagnosis, and analysis of products. Supports servicing and maintenance of Canon photolithography lab equipment (steppers and scanners). All activities must align with established operational goals, objectives, policies, and training procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

Education :

Required : High School Diploma with advanced electronics trade school experience, plus four (4) years of actual working experience in a production environment.

Preferred : Associate's degree in Electronics / Mechanical Engineering. Six (6) years of

post-related work experience in assembly, test, and quality control in a production environment.

Licenses / Certifications :

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
