We are looking for an exceptional person to help support the achievement of the team and wider strategic business goals. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position.

What You'll Do

The successful candidate must be able to efficiently communicate in both English AND Spanish, including verbally and in writing.

The channel sales organization works directly with the quota carrying account executives at Mimecast and will work directly with the Regional Sales Directors to align the partner strategy in the respective regions.

Mimecast is looking for a high performer who is a team player, customer centric, accountable and seeks to consistently win.

  • Responsible for the enablement, demand generation, alignment and marketing plans with a defined set of growth partners within a region
  • Responsible for building the Go To Market business plans with identified growth partners
  • Responsible for identifying and recruiting partners within the aligned geo
  • Responsible for deal registration conversion within the aligned geo
  • Aligning internally with Quota Bearing Reps and Sales Leadership to drive toward a common goal

What You'll Bring

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position.
  • Degree level education (preferred but not required)
  • IT or SaaS sales / channel experience
  • Proven achievement against activities / KPIs
  • Experience managing partner relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, and strong organizational and time management skills
  • Results oriented team player comfortable with a high performance and dynamic environment
