We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Tester with expertise in conducting testing activities within CI / CD pipelines and performing hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.

As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and functionality of our software products across various hardware environments.

Primary Responsibilities :

Test Planning and Strategy : Develop test plans, strategies, and test cases based on project requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

Automated Testing : Design, develop, and execute automated tests to validate software functionality, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.

CI / CD Integration : Collaborate with software development teams to integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines, ensuring continuous testing and feedback throughout the software development lifecycle.

Continuous Monitoring : Monitor CI / CD pipelines, test results, and system logs to identify issues, regressions, and performance bottlenecks early in the development process.

Regression Testing : Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features and bug fixes do not introduce unintended side effects or break existing functionality.

Hardware-in-the-Loop Testing : Set up and configure hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing environments to simulate real-world hardware interactions and validate software behavior across different hardware platforms.

Test Execution and Reporting : Execute manual and automated tests, record test results, and generate test reports to communicate findings to stakeholders and drive decision-making.

Defect Management : Identify, report, and prioritize software defects using issue tracking systems, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution and validation of fixes.

Quality Assurance Processes : Contribute to the improvement of quality assurance processes, methodologies, and tools, with a focus on increasing efficiency, effectiveness, and test coverage.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing : Document test cases, procedures, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team through documentation, training sessions, and presentations.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 2+ years of prior relevant experience, additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.

3+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automated testing, CI / CD pipelines, and HIL testing.

Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).

Experience with CI / CD tools and platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, Travis CI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Simulink, dSpace, National Instruments).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Must be able to obtain a DoD Top Secret / SCI clearance.

Must be a US Citizen.

Preferred Qualification :

Posses an active Secret Clearance.

Pay Range :

Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
