New Business Acquisition -Supply Chain Solutions Consultant (REMOTE)
Primary Responsibilities
Drive Net New Business : Take a proactive approach in engaging with potential partners on behalf of the ODP Corporation to understand their logistics and distribution challenges.
Develop customized, innovative solutions that align with their objectives and result in the acquisition of net new business.
Solutions Development : Industry Expertise : Collaborate closely with the Solutions Engineering peer team to design proposals that effectively articulate Veyer's unique value proposition.
Address the specific needs of each client in the retail, CPG, and e-commerce sectors, positioning Veyer as the preferred solutions provider and driving business growth for the ODP Corporation.
Collaborative Integration : Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of solution strategies, optimizing client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Foster strong collaboration to drive successful implementation and achieve business objectives.
Performance Insights : Deliver insightful analysis on engagement activities, solution effectiveness, and market feedback to the Vice President.
This information will contribute to the continuous improvement of Veyer's offerings and help drive net new business acquisition.
Education and Experience :
- Sales Background and Experience : Minimum of 10 years of sales background and 5-7 years of sales experience in the supply chain distribution services space.
- Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of the retail, CPG, and e-commerce landscapes, specifically in distribution. Stay updated on the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities within these sectors.
- Strategic Thinking : Expertise in employing strategic frameworks and methodologies to guide the solutions development process.
Able to analyze complex client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Relational and Communication Skills : Exceptional relational skills, demonstrating a high EQ in navigating complex business discussions and fostering meaningful partnerships.
Strong written and verbal English skills.
Analytical Abilities : Robust analytical abilities, with a knack for translating complex client requirements into actionable solutions.
Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-Motivation and Time Management : Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail. Takes initiative and has excellent time management skills.
- Collaboration and Teamwork : Strong self-management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with peers and management.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule : The company offers competitive salaries, a benefits package, which includes a 401(k) and more, along with plenty of opportunity to move and grow within our organization! Compensation Range Minimum : $100,000 to Maximum : $130,000 salary based on experience plus quarterly performance bonus as earned.
