Starting Compensation : $57,500 - $72,000 (Based on license status, education level, and relevant experience)

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Sr. Clinician to join our Intensive Family Support program within the Community Based team! The Sr.
Clinician supervises IFSP Clinicians as assigned. Ensures that Clinicians provides therapy and support for youth and families who are struggling with behavioral and delinquency issues.
Schedule : Full-time, Exempt (Monday Friday, Some evenings required)
Location : Whitehall, OH (E. Main Street) *This position requires travel within the franklin county area and provides in home client care*
What you’ll do :
- Meets with assigned clinicians for individual clinical supervision on weekly basis and complete annual performance reviews.
- Approves treatment plans, diagnostic assessments, and all progress notes in a timely manner with appropriate feedback.
- Provides training and supervision which may include the supervision of field placement students, teaching case conferences, staff training, foster parent training, consultation, or training at external agencies, as requested.
- Assists the supervisor in compliance reviews through auditing, tracking, and establishing improvement plans of COA and OHMAS.
- Assumes the duties of a Clinician including; carrying of case load, providing family based therapy, and more.
Who you are :
- You have a master’s degree in social work or clinical counseling.
- You have five+ years of working experience as a Therapist, Clinician, Social Worker, or Counselor.
- You have an active Ohio LSW, LPC, of MFT; LISW-S or LPCC-S preferred.
- You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
