About Partners in Play

Since 2015, Partners in Play has been dedicated to delivering high-quality, play-based ABA intervention. We specialize in medically necessary early intervention services for children aged 18 months to 12 years. Our Registered Behavior Therapists provide direct services under the close supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts. We focus on each child’s unique interests and strengths to promote growth in language, social skills, pragmatics, adaptive behaviors, and overall development.

Position Overview

We provide high-quality ABA services in both clinic and home settings for children ages 2 to 12. If you are committed to making a meaningful impact in a supportive, child-centered environment, we’d love to connect with you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1 : 1 ABA therapy in clinic and / or home settings, implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based behavior strategies and skill-building programs under BCBA supervision
• Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation using company-approved software
• Communicate regularly with supervising staff and participate in team meetings
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Collaborate with families, offering support and guidance tailored to their clinical needs
• Ensure client safety and welfare during all sessions, including during transitions and behaviors
• Uphold all Partners in Play Clinic policies, procedures, and mission standards in daily practice

Scheduling Details :

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8 : 30am-6 : 30pm and Saturday 9 : 30am-4 : 00pm
