Job description

A company is looking for a Knowledge Management & Process Strategy Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Own the creation and maintenance of internal documentation, SOPs, and process maps for Data Center AI and supplier operations

Partner with various teams to gather and validate technical and procedural information while establishing document governance standards

Drive proactive audits of existing documentation and contribute to onboarding and training materials for new hires

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field

10+ years in writing, documentation, knowledge management, or business operations roles

Experience creating SOPs and operational content in tools like Confluence or Notion

Comfort working with cross-functional teams in technical and non-technical environments

Experience in high-growth or high-ambiguity environments is strongly preferred
