Customer Service Representative
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Starting Wage : $26 / HR DOE
The role of the Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative at Midland Garage Door is a fully in-office position. We are looking for a dedicated professional to work on-site at our Eden Prairie office, where you will be closely integrated with our team.
If you have a background in sales or customer service (preferred in building supplies, construction, home goods) we have the role for you! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with quotes, orders, deliveries / pick-ups, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and being part of a collaborative team, this is the opportunity for you.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. You’re someone who can balance multiple tasks while keeping a positive attitude and ensuring every customer feels valued. Strong communication skills, a knack for organization, and the ability to work closely with both internal teams and external partners will make you successful in this role. Summary :
The primary function of this position is to assist customers via multiple means of communication with any service issues presented. The Customer Service Representative will interact with multiple departments and co-workers from other locations. The CSR is an integral part of the customer’s experience with the company.

High School or GED required, and 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully to perform the essential responsibilities and duties as listed above.
