As a Program Manager II within PNC's Lending Technology Execution organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Miamisburg, OH, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, or Dallas, TX. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

As a Program Manager II your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Lead end-to-end program management for technology initiatives, including planning, execution, delivery, and post-implementation review.
• Collaborate with Technology, PMO, Line of Business, and Risk stakeholders to define program scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues across projects and teams.
• Communicate program status, milestones, and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across teams.

Occasional evening / weekend hours are possible during releases, conversions, acquisitions, etc. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Job Description :

Leads a cross-functional program / project team to ensure the execution of organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. Leads complex programs / projects requiring planning, oversight, and communication across multiple segments, channels, or lines of business. Typically, program size may reach or exceed $25m.

Manages the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; influences project decisions to achieve overall program goals.

Oversight and reporting for the program budget while working to ensure success of the program.

Evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of the programs and recommends enhancements to programs based on results.

Teams with service partners to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent experience across multiple distribution channels.

Pay Transparency :

Base Salary : $65,000.00 $158,700.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business, and / or individual performance.
