We are looking for a Senior Director of Global Partner Marketing to lead a high performing team that will transform how we drive growth across our partner ecosystem. This is a high-impact executive role where you'll serve as the strategic right hand to our VP of Global Field, Partner & Strategic Account Marketing, driving the vision, strategy, and execution that will scale our partnerships with channel partners, global system integrators (GSIs), managed service providers (MSPs), distributors, and technology alliances across all segments and geographies.

This is a unique leadership opportunity designed for a proven operator who brings strategic thinking, partner ecosystem expertise, and the executive presence to influence at the highest levels of the organization. You will be a core member of both our Marketing and Partner Leadership Teams, with a voice in shaping company-wide GTM strategy and the mandate to grow our world-class partner marketing function that drives measurable business impact.

Executive Leadership & Organizational Transformation

Build and lead a world-class team : Inspire, mentor, and scale a high-performing global partner marketing organization spanning Channel, GSI, MSP, Distribution, and Technology Alliance teams.

Drive cultural excellence : Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, data-driven decision-making, and collaborative execution across geographically distributed teams.

Develop future leaders : Own talent strategy including succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development to build bench strength for sustained growth.

Champion organizational alignment : Serve as the connective tissue between Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Partner Sales, and executive leadership to ensure seamless execution of partner-led growth strategies.

Strategic Vision & Go-to-Market Architecture

Own the partner marketing strategy : Define, socialize, and execute a comprehensive global partner marketing strategy that aligns with Rubrik's corporate objectives and accelerates partner-sourced revenue growth.

Architect segmented growth playbooks : Build differentiated strategies and scalable programs across partner types, products, segments, and geographies-balancing enterprise-level customization with operational efficiency.

Drive partner-led innovation : Lead go-to-market strategies for new partner launches, technical integrations, joint solutions, and co-innovation initiatives-including positioning, messaging, launch orchestration, and field enablement.

Anticipate market dynamics : Maintain strategic foresight into competitive landscapes, emerging partner trends, customer buying behaviors, and ecosystem shifts to position Rubrik ahead of the curve.

Operationalize best practices : Establish global frameworks, processes, and standards that ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across all partner marketing initiatives.

Revenue Acceleration & Growth Execution

Scale the partner demand engine : Design and execute comprehensive co-marketing programs, product playbooks, demand generation campaigns, and partner-led pipeline strategies that drive measurable revenue impact.

Optimize partner engagement : Create programs that enhance partner loyalty, competency development, and active selling behaviors across the ecosystem.

Enable partner success : Develop partner-facing tools, resources, and experiences that empower partners to effectively market and drive demand for Rubrik solutions.

Drive cross-functional collaboration : Partner with teams across the organization to ensure marketing programs are tightly integrated with business objectives and partner needs.

Analytics, Insights & Business Acumen

Establish executive-level reporting : Build comprehensive dashboards and KPI frameworks that track partner-sourced pipeline, program ROI, partner engagement, and business impact across all partner types.

Drive data-informed strategy : Leverage analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimize resource allocation, measure program effectiveness, and demonstrate marketing's contribution to revenue.

Advise executive leadership : Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Partner and Marketing Leadership through compelling executive presentations, insights-driven recommendations, and business reviews.

Continuously optimize : Develop feedback loops and refinement processes that improve investment efficiency, program performance, and partner experience over time.

Technical fluency : Strong understanding of complex technology partnerships, integrations, joint solutions, and the technical buying journey in enterprise technology.

Revenue impact : Demonstrated track record of building partner programs that generate significant partner-sourced pipeline and revenue contribution.

Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen

Visionary yet pragmatic : Ability to think strategically while rolling up your sleeves to drive execution and solve complex operational challenges.

Data-driven decision maker : Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in marketing analytics, pipeline measurement, ROI analysis, and business metrics.

Market intelligence : Deep understanding of competitive dynamics, market trends, customer needs, and ecosystem evolution in the data security space (preferred).

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US Pay Range

$243,500-$300,000 USD
