Duties
- AIA Billing
- AR unconditional waivers
- Invoice creation
- Billing projects on a weekly and monthly status
- Entering credit card payments
- Work-in-progress (WIP) billing
- Payment posting
- Reconciling change orders
- Aging review
- Pay applications
Qualifications
- 2+ years of AR experience within the construction industry with at least 1 year of experience with AIA billing
- Strong Excel skills
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
