• What You Bring to the Table
• ? Minimum
• 5 years
• in a fast-paced
• MSP environment
• (Ideally, but candidates without MSP experience are still encouraged to reply)
• ? Deep experience with
• Microsoft 365
• and
• Microsoft Azure
• (especially AVD & FSLogix)
• ? Strong scripting and automation skills using
• PowerShell
• ? Familiarity with
• RMM tools and automations
• ? Working knowledge of
• networking and firewalls
• (SonicWall, Fortigate, Unifi)
• ? Confidence to
• own an issue end-to-end
• and deliver results
• ? Comfort operating with limited direction and a solutions-first mindset
• Your Responsibilities
• Manage and resolve escalated tickets from Tier 1 / 2 engineers
• Design, deploy, and support solutions in
• Microsoft 365, Azure
• , and hybrid environments
• Lead
• Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• and
• FSLogix
• implementations
• Script automation tasks and enhancements using
• PowerShell
• Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure :
• VPNs, firewalls, switches
• Collaborate with clients and team members to
• solve business problems with technology
• Participate in

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
