We are looking for someone who can multi-task, problem solve, learn quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support position.

Required Skills :

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or Equivalent
• Experience with Windows 2012 Server in a virtual environment
• Veeam Backup Software
• Microsoft Office 2010 & 2013
• Office 365 and Exchange / Office 365
• VOIP Experience (Broadsoft preferred, but not required)
• Network & Workstation Setup and Support
• Printers, Scanners, Copiers
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Antivirus, Malware Support & Troubleshooting
• Adobe Products Form Development, Graphic / Web Design (InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver)
