Contracts Analyst

A company is looking for a Contracts Analyst who will support contract managers by reviewing, analyzing, drafting, and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare contracts, amendments, and statements of work in accordance with company policy and legal requirements

Review and negotiate contractual terms and conditions for routine contracts

Ensure all assigned contracts are executed per policies and maintain the contract database with required data

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in law

Paralegal degree / certification preferred

Minimum three (3) years of experience in contract processes and / or business support

Negotiation skills required

Healthcare experience preferred
