Project Manager

Chenega Services & Federal Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services ’ company, is looking for a Project Manager to support the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) National Center for Radiation Field Operations (NCRFO).

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of approved and funded projects through to successful completion, such as tracking project status and meeting schedule deadlines, budget, and performance targeted.
- Utilize project management / tracking software such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence or ServiceNow to track projects, issues, and requests and coordinate timely completion with respective team members.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders.
- Understand security best practices to respond to data calls and document IT system policies and procedures for annual security assessments.
- Track and document any unresolved findings discovered during Audits and add as Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M).
- Develop, administer, test, and implement training for disaster recovery contingency plan continuity of operations (COOP).
- Support review and improvement of security orientations and ongoing security refresher training for emergency response users.
- Supports the collection, documentation, and reporting of IT data for EPA leadership or higher HQ as needed.
- Participate in and provide support for special projects.
- Maintain all NCRFO records as listed in the EPA Records schedule for IT records management.
- Monitor and track service tickets to provide trend analysis of system status for reporting.
- Administer, enhance, and automate internal and external data with O365 Power Platform products and SharePoint.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Preferred Certifications : CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Project+, ITIL 4 Foundation, Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar certification.
