A well-established and growing construction firm is looking for a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to oversee administrative operations and support project execution. The Office Manager role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of construction-related documentation and office management. The Office Manager will be fully onsite in Sumner County, TN.
Salary up to $70,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities of the Office Manager :
Review project contracts for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.Coordinate with project managers to ensure proper documentation and approvals.Manage daily office operations including supplies, scheduling, and vendor relations.Prepare reports, handle invoicing, and maintain organized filing systems.Maintain records for company vehicles including registration, insurance, and maintenance schedules.Qualifications of the Office Manager :
Minimum 2 years of office management experience, preferably in the construction or related industry.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with contract review and vehicle documentation is highly preferred.#LI-AV1
