Duties :
Location : Onsite, Irvine California business office (no hybrid or remote option)
Schedule : Full time, Monday- Friday 8 am - 4 : 30 pm PST (30 minute clocked out lunch)
Start date : ASAP (~2-3 weeks after interview if offered position)
Wage : (USD)23 hourly
Max mark up = 45% a making our max bill rate (USD)
Contract to hire : Available upon meeting / exceeding expectation of the role
Primary Responsibilities : administrative, bulk projects, mail, printing, sending appeals, handling new hire equipment, assist leadership with MISC office tasks, planning and scheduling, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to listen and follow directions, critical thinking and problem solving etc.
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Proficiency in Microsoft office tools such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote
Excellent and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Computer competency; typing, basic computer troubleshooting, and navigation
Ability to problem solve and critically think
Preferred Qualifications :
Healthcare experience; insurance or revenue cycle is a plus!
Office administrative or assistant experience
Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft office tools such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote
Excellent and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
