Warehouse Administrator
Job Summary :
The Warehouse Administrator will provide high-level administrative support to warehouse and regional leadership. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, self-motivated professional who is comfortable interacting with leadership.

Duties / Responsibilities :
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance.
- Develops detailed understanding of the needs of the business to act as a liaison between leadership and operations.
- Coordinates temporary workers.
- Coordinates internal resources and vendors for the efficient execution of tasks / projects.
- Develops a detailed project plan to track tasks / progress.
- Serves as a point of contact for teams under the management of the Regional VP.
- Arranges travel and accommodations as needed.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and / or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and scheduling routine / emergency maintenance.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Travel to other Southern California Warehouses to support.

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.At least four years of related experience required.
