Travel Agent (Remote)

Customer Needs Assessment : Understand customer preferences, schedules, and budget constraints to tailor travel plans accordingly.
Tour Packages and Excursions : Plan and organize tour packages, day trips, and excursions based on client requirements. Reservation Management : Book reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, and special events.
Documentation : Provide clients with necessary documentation, such as authorization forms, flight tickets, and theme park passes.
Adaptability : Be prepared to make alternative booking arrangements if changes occur before or during the trip. Requirements : Technology : Must have access to a computer and / or cell phone for communication and booking purposes.
