Job Description :
- Experience with developing the complex Javaapplication adhering to low latency high throughput andmultithreading requirements.
- Experience withdeveloping Java web Development (RESTful APIs using JAXRS) usingJAVA J2EE EJB Java Transaction and JPA
- Knowledge of the use of Java applicationcontainers
- Experience with Angular JavaScriptHTML CSS
- Experience and knowledge in Javainternals Garbage collection Application tuning Java dump analysiswould be preferred.
- Experience with runningJava on IBM mainframe would be an added advantage.
- Experience with the IBM mainframe technologies like CICSMVS ISPF VSAM DB2 and MQ will be an added advantage.
- Experience with the IBM mainframe platform i.e.understanding about LPARs SYSPLEX CICSPlex CEC CPU types USSenvironment is a plus.
- Knowledge of Java buildtools
- Experience using Java testing tools forfinished code.
- Proficiency in DevOps tools aspart of SDLC
- Shell scripting experience is aplus.
- Excellent problemsolving skills stronganalytical troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonalskills
- Should be able to support productionand should be available to support on call as needed.
Candidate Requirements :
- Expert in multiple languages andtools. Some knowledge in emerging technologies (cloud).
- Possesses strong knowledge of application developmenttechnologies tools and methodologies.
- Goodunderstanding of how technology relates to business market andindustry and applies such knowledge to support the needs of thebusiness.
- Strong understanding of complexinternal business processes or functions.
- Works on moderate to complex projects and issues withinfunctional area.
- Works more independently withIT functional units and business units. Recommends strategies forimproving system applications.
- Coaches andleads less experienced IT staff and business managers.
Preferred Qualifications :
- 8 yrs. of related IT experience.
- Bachelors Degree at College of ScienceTechnology Engineering & Math major or equivalent work ormilitary experience.
