Sr Sales Executive
Position : Senior Sales Executive
Team : Commercial
Reporting To : VP Sales
Summary :
- Responsibility : Secure new revenue and achieve sales targets for the company through the identification, qualification and engagement of potential customers in an assigned market territory.
- Solution Selling : Understand prospective customer needs, propose tailored, product-based solutions that address their unique challenges and secure agreements in accordance with company policies.
This role requires a strong combination of relationship building, solution formulation and sales acumen to drive revenue, exceed sales targets and ensure customer needs are met.
Team Work : Collaborate with cross-functional team members to formulate appropriate proposals for prospective customers and submit approved proposals to customers.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales : Identify and engage target customer prospects in the assigned market territory. Collaborate with the VP Sales to develop a sales plan for the assigned territory that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Qualify prospective customers as good fits for the company’s products and services, and as financially viable and qualitative customers.
Prospecting & Lead Development : Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads to meet and exceed sales targets, working in collaboration with marketing on campaigns and with sales development resources as may be assigned.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients, attending industry events, leveraging networks, conducting market research, and responding to inbound inquiries.
Consultative Selling & Closure : Engage with prospective clients to understand their business requirements, pain points and goals.
Build and maintain structured account plans for prospective customers. Effectively communicate Quiet’s value proposition and tailor presentations and demonstrations to showcase how our network & platform can solve their specific challenges.
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within target organizations.
Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs, build trust, and become a trusted advisor for software solutions.
Become an expert on Quiet’s products and services, with a thorough understanding of competitive positioning, capabilities and constraints, pricing and customer value.
Formulate competitive solution and commercial proposals for prospective customers, collaborating with product and solutions teams, and identify opportunities to meet specific client requirements and work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Lead contract negotiations, handle objections and address concerns to drive successful sales closures. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth contract finalization and adherence to company policies.
Forecasting & Reporting Maintain accurate information on all prospects and proposals using company systems and processes.
Prepare and store all documentation pertaining to prospects and proposals in accordance with the company’s standards, and ensure all documentation is professionally presented.
Comply with approval processes for any proposals and amendments to standard terms with prospective customers. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or a related field
- Proven track record of success in B2B product and solution sales and achieving revenue targets
- 4+ years experience in the supply chain logistics industry required
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce and omni channel retail supply chains, and the ability to understand and articulate complex logistics concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data, extract insights and formulate business cases for customer solution scenarios.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strategic client relationships.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events related to logistics services.

- Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
