Customer Service Representative (Distribution Call Center) Location : Whitter, CA 90601 Pay Rate : $20.56 per hour Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm URGENT NEED Job Description : Ready to make an impact? Key Responsibilities : Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries Resolve issues efficiently and professionally Collaborate with team members to exceed service goals Drive customer satisfaction through every interaction Key Requirements : High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience or military equivalent. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.). Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Why Join Us?
