Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual
- To join our team as a Program Coordinator! Program and Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally;
- while adhering to program, practice and operations guidelines. Program and Operations support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including;
data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement. Breadth of scope ranges from supporting individual programs, project or processes at the lower levels, to supporting entire functions (practices, business development, etc.
or the company at the higher levels. This role tends to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although people in operations roles will often have direct client, customer or trade ally communication and contact.

For this exciting career opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can
- Support English and Spanish speaking customers via phone, chat, and email
- Provide call center customer service between the hours of 9 : 00AM and 5 : 00PM.
- Process rebate applications by verifying eligibility, obtaining and documenting necessary information for the applications, and issuing eligible payments as directed
- Perform accurate data entry and maintenance, including file setup, eligibility verification, applicable troubleshooting resolution, establishing reserved funding, and issuing payments
- Review application submissions to determine type of documentation required, terms of program are met, invoicing
- Provide education and instruction to applicants on eligibility requirements or work with applicants to request additional information to meet requirements of program
- Complete review processes by obtaining and reviewing supporting documentation in accordance with terms and conditions of the program
- Verify and review data for accuracy following established quality control practices
- Act as external stakeholder point of contact for financial reporting activities
- Assist other processors as requested
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have
- Must be willing to travel into Madison, WI office daily.
- 0-2 years administrative experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and SharePoint
- Experience troubleshooting problems, finding, providing, and implementing solutions
- Must be able to speak and read Spanish and English fluently.
