Is a current GM from a retail or restaurantenvironment who is passionate about personal handson service fortheir customers and can show how theyve grown in previous roles.

Isan absolute pro who knows what affects the P&L can execute abusiness plan and would never compromise on the quality of theproducts they serve / sell.

• Has a strong desire to increase sales andbuild relationships in the community and is a great coach who canidentify and develop awesome talent (experience hiring seasonalworkers a plus!)
