Responsibilities
- Work as a recruiter and account manager
- Source and built a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Build and maintain school district relationships
- Track and record metrics throughout sales process
- Manage a full life circle recruiting desk
- Continue learning and staying on top of the changing market
- Work as a team with the 500+ recruiters to source and interview school professionals
- Act as a liaison between the school and candidate
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Sales mentality
- Must be willing to commute to the office until gaining hybrid or remote status
