Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in Los Angeles. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that elevate our clients' brands and enhance their social media presence.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for design and a keen understanding of social media marketing.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in the following tools :
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Canva
• Keynote and / or PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills, confident in contributing to the entire creative process
• Experience with professional design documents such as decks, proposals, briefs, and social media channels
• Consistency in delivering high-quality work regardless of project size
• Good organizational skills to support team efficiency
• Motivation to maintain and improve design standards
• Willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop the company's marketing collateral
• Manage the collation and development of all artwork files, ensuring they are accurately developed, logged, and stored within the business system
• Design and build layouts for large, project-specific documents
• Create and build external and internal departmental presentations
• Design company briefs for both digital and print mediums
• Produce design mock-ups for new business pitches and various social media channels
• Maintain and update the company's global brand guidelines
• Contribute to the design and functionality of the company's digital marketing platforms, including the website and social media channels
