Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial HVAC Estimator / Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our projects from start to finish.
Your responsibilities include :
- Project Management : Develop and track project schedules, manage deadlines, subcontractors, change orders, permits, and bonds.
- Estimation and Sales : Accurately estimate commercial projects from blueprints to inception. Engage in business development, including cold calling, referrals, and maintaining customer relationships to drive service agreements, quoted repairs, and project sales.
- Cost Control : Establish project cost controls for tracking equipment, materials, labor, tools, subcontracts, and miscellaneous costs.
- Site Inspection and Compliance : Inspect job sites regularly to ensure contract compliance, workmanship, and safety.
- Customer Communication : Effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and other team members. Maintain sales records and customer information.
- Warranty Management : Follow up on any required warranty work to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Experience in commercial HVAC estimation and sales.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to find new customers through cold calling, referrals, and other sales methods.
- Knowledge of contract compliance, permitting requirements, and job site safety.
- Proficiency in organizing and assembling data for reports and presentations.
