As the Head of Engineering, you will lead the technical vision and execution for a high-growth AI-powered enablement platform. This role involves architecting scalable systems, driving engineering excellence, and delivering innovative AI solutions that transform how teams learn, act, and perform. You will oversee a distributed engineering organization across backend, frontend, ML, and integrations, setting technical standards and fostering a culture of craftsmanship and experimentation. Partnering closely with product and executive leadership, you will align technology strategy with business objectives, ensure high-quality delivery, and push the boundaries of applied AI. This position offers the opportunity to build and scale world-class engineering teams, mentor senior engineers, and directly influence both product innovation and operational efficiency. Accountabilities

• Lead and scale a multi-national engineering organization, including backend, frontend, machine learning, and integrations teams.
• Architect and oversee development of AI-native systems, including context-aware pipelines, RAG frameworks, knowledge graphs, and real-time data orchestration.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Executive leadership to translate business vision into a technically feasible and scalable engineering roadmap.
• Establish technical standards, best practices, and a culture of excellence across architecture, code quality, CI / CD, and testing automation.
• Drive innovation cycles to operationalize emerging AI technologies, ensuring reliability, explainability, and enterprise readiness.
• Mentor and attract top-tier engineering talent, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and technical mastery.
• Ensure predictability, performance, and stability across all systems while balancing velocity and innovation.
