Job description

A company is looking for a General Manager for an add-on marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

Define and manage the strategy, roadmap, KPIs, and P&L for the add-on marketplace

Oversee the developer onboarding process and manage incentives to attract developers

Coordinate marketing efforts to promote store offerings and analyze sales trends for improvement

Required Qualifications

Prior experience managing a software marketplace or similar platform

Strong technical literacy with an understanding of APIs and integration risks

Proven ability to recruit and manage external developer communities

Experience in product marketing and growth strategies

Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making
