Salt are working in close partnership with this tech company in search of a Product Management Producer on a contract basis.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Over 7 years of experience as a Senior Producer or Program Manager in technology, media, sports, or digital entertainment.
  • Expertise in user experience, product management, or creative operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of media products and services.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in understanding complex concepts and quickly learning new technology and software.
  • Talent for fostering collaboration among teams and building cross-product connections.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities.

DESCRIPTION

As a member of the Product Operations team, you will collaborate with other Producers and Program managers who manage the operations of media products, including TV products, Sports, Music, and Podcasts.

You will work closely with Product Management, Human Interface and Content Design, Engineering, and Business teams to coordinate product requirements and manage roadmaps that deliver quality and innovation to our Services.

You will lead the processes, workflows, and standards for the Product Management teams, including operationalizing go-to-market activities before launches.

You will also play a crucial role in organizing executive reviews, keynote events, product demos, and press briefings.

You excel at managing multiple priorities and switching contexts while advocating for exceptional user experiences and ensuring timely delivery of the end product that meets stakeholder expectations.

You anticipate issues and provide solutions that enhance the customer experience.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing programs from start to finish.
  • Coordinating and maintaining product documentation and roadmaps.
  • Organizing and leading large cross-functional project meetings and reviews.
  • Tracking and communicating project milestones and scope changes.
  • Conducting stand-ups, delegating tasks across functions, and developing workback schedules.
  • Planning and facilitating generative and creative workshopping sessions.
  • Coordinating product deliverables for keynotes, press briefings, and launch events.
  • Balancing team bandwidth to inform project assignments and deadlines.
  • Continuously optimizing workflow and communication in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
