Accounting Manager
Job Description
Accounting Manager - Northwest Phoenix - Onsite - $110-120k Base + Bonus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related Business field
- CPA or CMA required
- Minimum of 7 year' experience including 5 years' experience in highly complex accounting or analytical position involving complex accounting (fixed assets, deferred tax, impairment, etc.
and an additional 2 years' experience with capital projects, project management and working with engineering and operations teams in the projects.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office, Oracle or other fixed asset software
- Experience with complex reconciliations; working with internal / external auditors;
- Ability to work in teams and independently
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, SOX, Regulatory and / or Capital Compliance required
- Experience preparing, analyzing, and presenting capital asset results
- Strong leadership skills required
- Knowledge of water and / or wastewater utility and or shared service, or multi-company corporation industry desired
