About the Job

This position is responsible for providing product line support for the limestone and co-products businesses with the aim of optimizing sales and profitability.

This includes leading specific product and market initiatives, working cross-functionally to drive business results and meeting budgetary and strategic growth targets.

Commercial product line responsibility - directly involved in pricing, budgeting, and long-term strategy development. Ensure customer product, supply, and application priorities are understood, met, and are positively impacting product line business performance.

Lead efforts to drive product and service improvements, and enhanced value propositions for the product lines. Develop plans and work across the organization to implement.

Serve as a key commercial liaison with operations, supply chain, and R&D.

Determine potential opportunities for capacity investment, new terminals, or other opportunities to grow product lines. Help define and execute strategic projects aimed at strengthening and growing the product line profitability.

Support the commercial team in developing new project and process ideas; lead commercial feasibility studies of assigned products for various end-use markets.

Actively participate in new product development; provide recommendations for product and service solutions with structured analysis and supported recommendations.

Travel as necessary; up to 15%.

Required Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business required. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.

Experience : 2+ years’ experience in commercial, sales, project management, operations, R&D, or technical service.

Licenses : Valid Driver’s license required.

Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Behaviors : must be a strong team player as they will work closely with business management, sales, customer service, supply chain, operations, and R&D.
