We are currently looking for an Investment Banking Associate on our Healthcare team in Charlotte, NC.

Our experienced associate position offers a unique opportunity for ambitious professionals seeking to play a meaningful role in our continued growth while gaining significant experience in M&A, debt, equity and equity-linked transactions.

The experienced associate will prepare valuations, write memorandums for company sale assignments and private placements, prepare M&A analyses, and participate in due diligence and drafting sessions for public offerings.

The experienced associate is responsible for structuring and executing transactions, and typically functions as a backup for relationships with important clients, is generally the key contact for some clients, and begins to assume some important new business responsibilities.

A successful candidate will possess the following characteristics :

• Minimum of 2 years of direct M&A experience required
• Healthcare Services experience a plus
• Excellent analytical and modeling skills
• Strong client management skills
