The Wires platform manager is responsible for leading the Wires team within the Money Movement Platforms team of Operations. This role will serve as the primary contact for wires platforms and partner with multiple levels of stakeholders to advance Wire initiatives. This individual will oversee a team with responsibility over roadmaps, testing initiatives, modernization workstreams, vendor releases and platform enhancements. This role will lead a team that maintains and refines the product backlog. Oversee the team ways of working, including the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and helps to prioritize the work as necessary while working with stakeholders. This leader will act as the primary liaison between the business and Agile teams or empowers team members to do so, ensuring the team understands the vision for the wires platforms. Ensures team is working closely in a hands-on style with development teams, including addressing daily prioritization needs, providing real-time feedback and answering questions on an ongoing basis. Works with Product Management to set release dates, determine when sufficient value has been delivered to release to market, understand tradeoffs between schedule, scope and budget and communicates this information to the organization.
The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range : $133,365.00 - $156,900.00
