Did you know 8 in 10 American youth don't attend church but 9 in 10 attend public school? LifeWise Academy (lifewise.org) exists to reach the unchurched students in America's public schools with the Gospel.

LifeWise Academy is a released time religious instruction program that allows kids to leave public school DURING the school day to receive Bible / gospel education.

Released time is legal provided the programs are off school property, privately funded and parent permitted.

Very few people know this is possible. In fact, most members of our organization hadn't heard of this concept until just a few years ago.

But in reality, released time has been around for over 100 years and has been upheld by the supreme court as constitutional.

Many states even have laws allowing high school students to receive school credit for released time classes!

We believe released time is the greatest missed opportunity of the church in America to reach the next generation. But we want to change that and we need your help!

As the Support Specialist, you are attentive, analytical, helpful and efficient. You possess successful administrative and organizational skills, you maintain on-brand designs and messaging and you have strong written and oral communications skills.

As a results-driven and self-motivated individual, you are able to juggle multiple high-priority tasks at once. Your colleagues know you can easily dive into the details to crank out tasks and small projects yourself.

About the Job

We are looking for a gospel-centered, results-driven and detail-oriented Design Support Specialist to join our team. This full-time position will operate out of our headquarters in Hilliard, Ohio or remotely and will focus on bringing outstanding customer service and support to our network of employees and volunteers as well as administrative support to senior LifeWise staff.

The secondary focus of this position will include maintaining on-brand design creation, editing and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and determine solutions based on analysis and research
• Create and edit designs to maintain brand guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with designers and other team members
• Manage general inquiry emails
• Answer phone calls and assist customers as needed
• Coordinate with external vendors regarding products and inventory
• Assist with ongoing CRM data maintenance (Salesforce)
• Maintain process documentation
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications for senior staff
• Complete a wide variety of administrative tasks and projects

Qualifications

• A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
• Ability to work with and effectively communicate with users of all levels of knowledge and skill
• Exceptional customer service
• Advanced ability to anticipate, diagnose, and problem solve
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Experience in graphic design, including using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Adept at refining written materials for clarity and consistency
• Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
• High degree of attention to detail
