Responsibilities
- Legal fact and basic legal research
- Assist with case management
- Organize and electronically file pleadings
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take depositions and attend hearings
Qualifications
- Law Degree from accredited law school; Texas law license
- At least four years of litigation experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office & time entry software
