We're Hiring : Contract Manager!

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Manager to  oversees all contractual processes supporting evaluation projects for federal healthcare programs. This role requires in-depth knowledge of federal regulations, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex contract deliverables.

Work Location : Hybrid;  This position is primarily remote; however, occasional on-site presence may be required at federal agency offices located in Washington, DC, for meetings, audits, or other contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary contract representative, managing contractual obligations and deliverables.
• Collaborate with the Contracting Officer (CO) and other federal representatives to coordinate contract modifications.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Oversee invoicing processes, cost management, and financial controls.
• Ensure all contractor activities comply with data security and privacy standards, including  HIPAA  and  FISMA , for handling sensitive information.
• Prepare and submit required documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and quality control reports.
• Designate an alternate Contract Manager to ensure continuity during absences and ensure availability between  9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM , local time zone, Monday through Friday.
