Schedule : Mon - Fri 8 : 00am - 6 : 00pm

Multitasking 2-3 chat messages at once through multi-screens
Chatting with teachers and educators who are also running classrooms; some chats will be ongoing as the teachers have time to respond
Requirements / Duties :
High School Diploma required
Ability to type 35+ WPM
Must have 2+ years recent Call Center Chat experience
Must have 1+ years of technical support experience
Equipment is provided! Must have reliable internet with Ethernet cable (not through WiFi)
