A company is looking for an IT Service Management Analyst to join their Incident Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate root cause analysis and identify corrective actions for high priority IT incidents
Coordinate cross-functional teams to document ownership and status of investigations and action plans
Contribute to incident trend analysis and process improvement efforts using Agile framework
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
5-7 years of experience in application or infrastructure technology roles or technology risk functions
Practical understanding of technology stacks, including cloud services and core infrastructure components
Understanding of ITIL principles; ITIL v3 Foundations is a plus
Familiarity with Service Management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira is a plus
