Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team for the upcoming school year in the Mesa, Arizona area.

Responsibilities :
- Provide direct instruction and support to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, focusing on academic, communication, and social skills development.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Utilize appropriate instructional strategies, technology, and resources to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to evaluate student performance and adjust instruction as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- Valid teaching license with certification in Deaf Education or Special Education in the state of Arizona.
- Experience working with students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing preferred.
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) or willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage with students and families.
