Role : Phone Operator
Location : Oklahoma City, OK 73134
Pay Rate Range : $ 15 / hour
Job Responsibilities :
- Answers incoming calls
- Transfer calls where needed
- Work on WC - create data sheets with who the attorney, adjuster, insurance - just fill out the form with information given to them.
- Fax those at then end of the day to adjuster and case manager
- Open and sort the mail - med records, bills, reports, choose the category and scan and file it into the patients charts.
