Marketing Proposal Specialist

What You'll Do Maintain consistent interaction with non-marketing staff throughout company as directed to effectively support and implement marketing strategy Collaborate within same marketing department to improve and unify marketing processes and procedures Collaborate with other marketing departments on special projects Promote branding best practices Assist manager and senior department members with tracking trends and monitoring marketing metrics Participate in professional development activities such as continuing education, seminars, classes, and / or professional organizations Maintain, create, and organize marketing materials (project sheets, resumes, project lists, and related material) Support the production and schedule of qualification submittals Assist with writing, coordinating, designing, and developing presentations for prime and teaming opportunities Establish local information networks to report and monitor changing demographics and other relevant issues Assist with identifying and tracking strategic pursuits Assist with maintaining and updating databases Perform additional administrative tasks and / or special projects, as needed What We're Looking For BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar required 2 years of sales or marketing experience required, experience in marketing or design in the fields of architecture, engineering, and / or construction preferred, related internship employment will count toward experience Who We Are Founded in 1988, Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) is a leader in geotechnical, construction materials, environmental, and facilities engineering.
