Senior Accountant - Japanese Trading Company (Hybrid)

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) with Accounting or related major; or two to four years' related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (Master in Accounting and / or CPA is a plus)
• Professional work experience in Accounting (more than 3 years)
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for providing and leading accounting and clerical support to the Accounting Department. Maintains accounting document files, including daily work, accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as general multi-departmental administrative support to the Management and staff. Assist the Management for financial reporting, bulling, collections, payroll, and budget preparation.
