Executive Assistant II
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Vice President of Finance and the Finance Director of Entertainment Devices and Devices Sales Marketing. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations through effective execution of tasks and prioritization of activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide seamless support to the Vice President and leadership team to support organizational priorities.
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple executives across different time zones.
- Coordinate and execute team activities, including staff meetings, all-teams, offsites, and team events.
- Schedule and manage cost-effective travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
- Attend key meetings, track, and help drive the completion of key deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up on pending items.
- Create and submit expense reports while managing budget tracking.
- Partner with leaders to understand their priorities and build processes to enhance team effectiveness.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders.
- Lead a small team of Executive Assistants to help create and maintain a positive, collaborative team environment across the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and new mechanisms.
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with Executive Assistants throughout the team, across the company, and with critical external partners.
Essential Skills
5+ years of experience in executive-level leadership support.Proficiency in executive-level calendar management.Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.High school diploma or equivalent.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience leading process improvements.Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company.Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency.At least two years of college education required; bachelor's degree preferred.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle a high volume of tasks and projects with little guidance.High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.Work Environment
This position requires in-office presence four days a week, Monday through Thursday, from 8 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM EST. The work environment is professional, requiring a high degree of collaboration and interaction with executive management and stakeholders.

This is a Contract position based out of New York, New York.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $33.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
